Each flexible diving ring is made from vinyl and weighted so that it will sink in water. It is moulded with ridges to allow flexibility and increase gripping properties. Users can easily toss, catch and retrieve these rings in the pool, or another body of clear, shallow water. Uses
· Diving practice – throw multiple rings into the pool and let players challenge themselves to dive into water of the appropriate depth for their ability.
· Races – have players stand with their backs to the pool and throw multiple rings in. Each player must compete to retrieve as many as they can before all have been retrieved.
· Retrieve and release – Instead of throwing rings into the pool, have players swim to a spot and challenge others to retrieve the ring by dropping it there. Whichever player retrieves it first gets to set the next location.
